Members of the associations and cooperatives that make up AJEMAC have been trained in entrepreneurship through various professions.

One of AJEMAC’s programs is to develop youth through self-employment.
In this context, through INGANZO association, the youth have been trained in making pots, watering machines, pots, and processing agricultural products, including bread, cakes, biscuits, cakes, juices,…
All this was done so that the youth would find a job that would support them and improve them in the future, which would also improve the country as a whole.

Not only the youth have been trained in self-employment, women have also not been left behind in the program because they have been trained in weaving and other crafts, where what they have been doing has helped them earn money to support their families.
